***OUR CREDIT TERMS & POLICIES***
- Invoice payment must be paid Net 7 days from invoice date unless otherwise pre-arranged. A 2.5% monthly
interest charge will be applied to all overdue accounts.
- No worker(s) will be sent out until the CREDIT APPLICATION and the JOB DESCRIPTION FORM are
completed and signed by the client or authorized company representative.
- A credit check will be completed though Equifax at our discretion and periodically when labour is supplied.
- Workers can be hired after he/she has worked consecutively for 3 months / 480 hours at your company,
without a fee. Non-compliance will lead to a fee for remaining hours of 480 hrs not used to date plus HST.
- We email invoice weekly based on the hours you send us. HST will be added to invoices. We require hours to
be emailed to our office weekly. Please review invoices once received and Report any discrepancies
immediately.
- Our Minimum Billing Hours are 5 hours per worker per shift; Overtime is invoiced at time and a half for any
worker working over 44 hours in a work week; Statutory Holidays are invoiced at time and a half for any
workers working on Government approved Statutory Holidays; Mandatory Holiday Pay will be invoiced at
the worker’s pay-rate plus 4% vacation pay (no mark up).
- If invoices are not paid when due, Better Labour Inc has the exclusive right to refuse dispatching worker(s) to
client until overdue invoices are paid in full. The invoice amount will be debited from the credit card on file.
- For all clients a valid credit card must be on file. A deposit of the first 5 hours will be put on the credit card
for all new companies using our services. For the duration of this contract a valid credit card is required to be
on file. Please notify us of any changes and/or we will call from time to time to update as needed.
- Accepted payments Visa, MasterCard, E-transfer, Wire or Cheque
