No worker(s) will be sent out until the CREDIT APPLICATION and the JOB DESCRIPTION FORM are
completed and signed by the client or authorized company representative
Workers can be hired after he/she has worked consecutively for 3 months / 480 hours at your company,
without a fee. Non-compliance will lead to a fee for remaining hours of 480 hrs not used to date plus HST.
Invoicing: We invoice weekly based on the hours you send us. HST is added to invoices. We will send blank
weekly timesheets with worker names and require hours to be emailed back to our office weekly.
Our Minimum Billing Hours are 5 hours per worker per shift; Overtime is invoiced at time and a half for any
worker working over 44 hours in a work week; Statutory Holidays are invoiced at time and a half for any
workers working on Government approved Statutory Holidays; Mandatory Holiday Pay will be invoiced at
the worker’s pay-rate plus 4% vacation pay (no mark up).
Our Invoice Rates cover WSIB, all Government Remittances as well as third party liability insurance.
Our workers are legally entitled to work in Canada.
